Transfer Wrap: Liverpool HIJACK Munoz, Olise to Real Madrid for £190m!

The summer transfer window continues to accelerate, with several major deals completed across Europe while some of the continent's biggest clubs prepare blockbuster moves ahead of the new season. These are the headline deals so far.

Víctor Muñoz To Liverpool – £34.6 Million

Liverpool have completed the signing of Spanish international Víctor Muñoz from Osasuna, The winger becomes the first major arrival of the Andoni Iraola era at Anfield after impressing in La Liga and earning a place in Spain's World Cup squad. The deal was hijacked from Newcastle who had a deal in place, but Liverpool's willingness to meet his release clause meant they could seal the deal and embarrass Newcastle yet again.

Jan Paul van Hecke To Tottenham – £52 Million

Tottenham Hotspur have secured Dutch defender Jan Paul van Hecke from Brighton in a deal worth £52 million. The centre-back reunites with Roberto De Zerbi and arrives following an impressive season for both club and country.

Ibrahima Konate, Bernardo Silva and Marc Cucurella To Real Madrid – Free, free, and £55 million.

Real Madrid have officially signed France international Ibrahima Konate following the expiry of his Liverpool contract and Portuguese midfielder Bernardo Silva following his contract expiration at Manchester City. Marc Cucurella was a shock deal, and will join Madrid as well.

Álvaro Morata To Como – £10.4 million

Como have completed the permanent signing of Álvaro Morata as Cesc Fabregas continues to build one of the most ambitious projects in Italian football after securing a place in Europe.. The experienced striker joins after appearing 26 times in Serie A last season, scoring 0 goals.

Nicolò Zaniolo To Udinese- £3.4 million

Italian international Nicolo Zaniolo has joined Udinese in a move aimed at revitalising his career following a difficult spell that saw him struggle to establish himself at the highest level. Just a few years on from his Aston Villa loan, he is struggling to find a club where he can perform.

Costinha To Brighton - £8 million

Brighton have continued their recruitment drive by signing Portuguese full-back Costinha, he joins on a 5-year deal from Greek giants Olympiacos.

Rejected Bids and Transfer Rumours

Liverpool see Salah replacement £86 Million Diomande Bid Rejected

Liverpool have already seen a huge offer worth approximately £86 million rejected for RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande. The Reds remain interested and are expected to return with an improved proposal despite signing Victor Munoz.

Tottenham remain interested in Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali, although Newcastle are believed to value the Italian at around £100 million, making any deal difficult to complete. A number of other sides are reportedly interested in his signature.

Arsenal are reportedly pushing to sign Leicester City wonderkid Jeremy Monga. The teenager is regarded as one of England's brightest young talents and is attracting interest from several Premier League clubs. Reports suggest the opening bid has been rejected. Arsenal are expected to bid again.

The Gunners also continue to monitor Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers, and PSG winger Bradley Barcola as Mikel Arteta searches for additional attacking quality ahead of the new campaign. Rumours are also circulating that Gabriel Martinelli, Leandro Trossard, Christian Norgaard, Ben White, and Gabriel Jesus could be on the out.

West Ham midfielder Matheus Fernandes is attracting significant Premier League interest following a breakthrough season. Several clubs are understood to be monitoring the Portuguese youngster's situation, with Tottenham, Arsenal, and Manchester United interested. West Ham value him at £80 million, just a year after joined from Southampton for £38 million.

One of the biggest World Cup-related stories concerns French-born Moroccan star teenager Ayyoub Bouaddi. The Lille midfielder has attracted interest from Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and several other elite European clubs after establishing himself as one of the most exciting young midfielders in football. There has been mixed reporting on how Lille value him, but after a great start to the World Cup some reports suggest he could be valued at £80 million.

Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise remains on the radar of several European giants after another outstanding campaign for club and country. Olise was Man of the Match for France in their opening game, with Real Madrid possibly going in for him again. £129 million was rejected already this window, they could offer as much as £190 million to secure him.
