Premier League Injury Crisis: Every Club's Injured Players and Expected Return Dates

The Premier League is dealing with a significant injury crisis following the first international break of the 2026/27 season.
Here is the latest injury list for all 20 Premier League clubs, including the players currently unavailable, their injury and their expected return date where one has been reported.
Please note that expected return dates are estimates and can change following further medical assessments.
Arsenal
Arsenal have several important players dealing with fitness problems heading into their October 10 clash with Leeds United.
William Saliba — lower-back injury. Expected return: December 12.
Christos Tzolis — thigh/hamstring injury. Expected return: TBC.
Cristhian Mosquera — thigh injury. Expected return: October 10.
Ben White — groin/hip/pelvic injury. Expected return: October 10.
Kai Havertz — thigh/hamstring injury. Expected return: TBC.
Declan Rice — thigh injury. Expected return: October 10.
Martin Odegaard — ankle injury. Expected return: TBC.
Ezri Konsa — fitness concern. Expected return: TBC.
Tzolis is the newest Arsenal concern after being forced off during Greece's Nations League match, while Havertz and Odegaard have also picked up problems during the international break. Konsa has returned to Arsenal for further assessment.
Aston Villa
Amadou Onana — knee injury. Expected return: 2027.
Ian Maatsen — ankle injury. Expected return: November.
Pau Torres — thigh/hamstring injury. Expected return: October 10.
Ezri Konsa — fitness concern. Expected return: TBC.
Aston Villa's major long-term absentee is Onana, while Torres is hoping to be available when the Premier League resumes.
Bournemouth
Alex Scott — thigh injury. Expected return: early December.
Julian Araujo — thigh injury. Expected return: November.
Eli Kroupi — ankle/foot injury. Expected return: November.
Justin Kluivert — muscle injury. Expected return: October.
Amine Adli — calf injury. Expected return: October.
Alex Scott is the latest and most significant addition to Bournemouth's injury list. The midfielder played through pain in England's 7-0 win over Croatia but has now withdrawn from the squad and could be out for up to two months.
Brentford
Mathias Jensen — injury. Expected return: October 10.
Joshua Dasilva — thigh injury. Expected return: October 10.
Antoni Milambo — knee injury. Expected return: October 10.
Nathan Collins — calf injury. Expected return: October 10.
Sepp van den Berg — groin/hip/pelvic injury. Expected return: October 10.
Dango Ouattara — illness. Expected return: October 10.
Brentford have several players who could potentially return when the league resumes.
Brighton and Hove Albion

Tottenham have been hit by several significant injuries, with Simons and Odobert facing the longest absences.
The scale of the current injury problem is significant, with one tracker recording 77 players unavailable across the 20 Premier League clubs on October 5. Brighton, Hull City, Newcastle and Brentford currently have some of the largest injury lists.
The international break has also created a fresh wave of concerns, with players including Erling Haaland, Kai Havertz, Alexander Isak, Cody Gakpo, Brian Brobbey and Alex Scott all picking up or aggravating injuries while away with their countries.
The Premier League returns on October 10, meaning clubs now have several days to assess their players and determine who will be available for the next round of fixtures.
