Canada took on Bosnia and Herzegovina in a tightly fought game in Toronto.
Both sides spurned big chances but settled for a 1-1 draw, goals coming from Jovo Lukic and Cyle Larin.
A fair result on the balance of play, both sides will need to be more clinical if they want to progress in this tournament.
Neighbours the USA dominated Paraguay with an impressive 4-1 win, with Folarin Balogun bagging a brace.
The USA moved the ball well especially in the first half, scoring 3 times. Paraguay tactically got it all wrong with their 442 being exposed easily by the USA playmakers.
The defence and midfield sat in banks of 4 with too large of a gap meaning USA players could line up on the edge of the box creating 17 shooting chances.
The USA will be very pleased with that result, with Paraguay needing to go back to the drawing board.
