Atletico Madrid Continue Crashout Over Julian Alvarez!

Atletico Madrid have today continued their social media crashout over the current Julian Alvarez saga.

Alvarez was linked with Barcelona submitting a bid of £129m. This bid was met with a series of bizarre responses on Atletico Madrid's socials.

Overnight rivals Real Madrid matched this £129m offer and received a similar reply. On socials they responded to the bid, stating:

1. Your video of the Pope got cut off before he said he was also an Atleti fan.
2. You may have confused politeness with gratitude, but just to be clear: we don’t thank you for anything.
3. We are neither considering nor evaluating any offer for Julián.
4. How could we not get along, when you make us laugh even more than
   @FCBarcelona?

The real question is, was this a legitimate bid, or were Real Madrid just trying to wind up Atletico? Either way this saga is very entertaining and I am going to bet that this will evoke strong negative emotions towards Atletico and I wouldn't be surprised if they get booed everywhere they go.
