NSW should expect to have many of the stars who were apart of a famous comeback victory in game 1 in Sydney, but Laurie Daley should remain proactive and be willing to make changes.

The changes I predict for game 2 are as follows, firstly with Casey McLean starting in the centres. Stephen Crichton is undoubtedly one of the games best big game players, but with him and his Bulldogs side out of form and with McLean looking unbelievably comfortable during his game 1 cameo, it's his time to claim that centre jersey alongside Kotoni Staggs.

Changes could also occur at 5 and 6 with Mark Nawaqanitawase returning from injury with a hattrick. His athleticism and ability will be hard to pass up on, but Laurie Daley could stick with Tolu Koula who played well on debut in game 1.

Mitchell Moses if he's fit likely mans the 6 jersey with Ethan Strange moving to the bench after a great performance. It's harsh on Strange who matched the physicality excellently in defence and scored 1 try. However the prospect of a Moses/Cleary partnership is hard to pass up.

Reece Robson is a reliable and solid player but I think with the evidence of Blayke Brailey making a significant impact on game 1, it's time to run the gauntlet, unleashing Wayde Egan for a debut, with Api Koroisau playing the Brailey role off the bench catching out tired markers and forwards aroud the ruck.

With Payne Haas and Liam Martin both fit they're the obvious men to return in the NSW forward pack, possibly with Issah Yeo shifting to prop to allow Cameron Murray to slot in at lock. With these three on the field at the same time, it could be a recipe for a series victory in Melbourne.

With these changes it means Haumole Olakau'atu can impact from the bench, with one of the NRL's best performers so far in Jackson Ford hopefully getting his deserved crack at Origin footy.
