What a day 3.
Qatar has stunned Switzerland with a late equaliser in the 94th minute with a classic smash and grab from the underdogs.
Qatar was on the back foot all game with Switzerland peppering the Qatar goal with 10 shots on target and 10 corners, however, only hitting the net via a penalty from Breel Embolo.
But a 94th minute Hail Mary cross paid off for Qatar, the goal being ruled an own goal from Hamburg fullback Miro Muheim securing an unlikely point for Qatar with Switzerland left frustrated for not converting more chances.
Brazil took on Morocco in another 1-1 encounter. Morocco once again showing why they are up there with the best sides in the world.
Alisson Becker was caught in no-mans's-land leading to a brilliant chipped finish from Ismael Saibari, who has been linked with a move to Bayern this week.
It didn't take long before Vinicius Junior stamped his mark on the World Cup with a clinical finish cutting in off the wing scoring a quality goal for Brazil.
But the big talking point of this game is Brazil. They may have the most World Cups to their name, but this current side will not win this tournament based off this performance.
They lacked poise in front of goal, with several air swings and balls straight down the throat of the goalie. Worrying signs for the Brazilians.
Scotland's long 36-year wait for a World Cup win is now over, beating Haiti 1-0 thanks to John McGinn.
A scrappy deflected goal from McGinn, but he won't care at all, Scotland are off to a great start. Haiti also looked very good and deserved something from this game, but fine margins win games and this game was a prime example.
The standouts for both sides were on the flanks, with Ben Gannon-Doak looking very sharp and skilful for Scotland, with Ruben Providence looking a real threat for Haiti.
These sides both looked solid, and both sets of fans should be excited for the next games.
Lastly Australia has silenced all the critics with an incredible upset, toppling Turkiye 2-0.
Nestroy Irankunda and Conor Metcalfe scored 2 of the best goals of the tournament so far, with the Aussie defence nullifying the great attacking options of Turkiye, who were forced to sub on Kenan Yildiz at half time.
There has been choice words in the media from not only the USA pundits ahead of next weeks clash with them, but also from Turkiye captain Hakan Calhanoglu who said his side would dominate this match.
This was all talk, as Australia continues to prove doubter wrong with a great win.
There was worrying body language throughout the game for Turkiye, with most shots coming from a great distance. They will need to reset ahead of their next game against Paraguay, or they could be staring down the barrel of being knocked out in the group stages.
Irankunda was awarded player of the match, but Patrick Beach stunned the world with a shock selection, then an incredible display in goal making a number of key saves to secure 3 point for the Aussies.
